The stove also has a cover to expand your countertop space for food prep. The trailer’s bathroom facilities are separated for convenience and maximum interior space, with the toilet and vanity across the hall from the independent shower and wardrobe.
A notable and attractive feature of the Airstream Flying Cloud 25FB is its natural light. If you’re looking for an aluminum-framed travel trailer that’s all luxury, and you have the budget to afford it, the Endless Highways model from Bowlus Road Chief is fancy as they come. The angular, cone-shaped nose of the trailer holds the true king-sized bed (convertible to two twins).
Moving back in the trailer, Bowlus has separated the shower and toilet into three rooms to make the space more versatile, with a large, hotel-style shower with amenities that’s finished in teak with Italian marine-grade fixtures.

Perhaps the smallest aluminum travel trailer on this list, the Flagstaff Micro Lite 25FKBS trailer from Forest River is really only comfortable for two, since it doesn’t have a sofa bed, convertible dinette or bunkroom.
However, it is extremely spacious for a couple who wants to travel in comfort in a low-weight trailer, and you can switch out the 67-inch theater seat for a hide-a-bed sofa or a convertible dinette.
Forest River designs their Micro Lite campers for lighter weight, with six-sided aluminum cage framing for the trailer itself, as well as aluminum-framed beds, kitchen furniture, and storage compartments.
Forest River has nearly a dozen floorplans to choose from in their Micro Lite series, but we like the 25FKBS because of its queen bed slide, double entry, and thoughtfully-planned interior layout.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed in the side slide-out, a large wardrobe, and a small TV on a swiveling mount. The bathroom is in the middle of the trailer, with access from the bedroom and main living space.
A 67-inch theater seat rests in the living area slide-out, with an entertainment center across the way and the spacious kitchen in the front of the trailer.

Their Rockwood Signature series offers seven different floorplans, and their models are excellent lightweight campers for towing with a half-ton pickup truck. The Ultra-Lite 8336BH is our top choice in Forest River’s Rockwood Signature series.
It has a bunkroom at the rear with three bunks and a TV center, and a side-slide queen-sized bed and wardrobe with washer/dryer prep in the front of the camper for the master bedroom.
There’s only one bathroom, but it’s conveniently placed within the floor plan and plenty spacious for accommodating the whole family.
In the main living space, there’s a 44-inch king U-shaped dinette and a 60-inch HAB sofa bed across from the angled entertainment center and fireplace.
The kitchen has a large stainless steel sink in an island in the middle of the room, with lots of countertop space, a three-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge and pantry in the kitchen slide-out.

There’s even a kids doodle station to keep them busy while you cook.
The bedroom is standard, with a queen-sized bed (king sized bed option available) and clothes storage. The Heartland Wilderness 2475BH’s outdoor space is pretty great, as well.
